FAQ

  • HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?

On this website, in the bar you can see above, you can either leave a comment (which will not be made public) that we will receive in our email, or simply send the required data directly to the email. In truth, it’s the same, maybe not so immediate because we have the intermediary of the web. Don’t worry, we will contact you as soon as we know about you. Either WhatsApp or the same email you have left us.

  • DO YOU ORGANISE ACTIVITIES FOR ERASMUS STUDENTS?

Our main task is not to relate and dedicate ourselves to international students (as it is commonly said in the locality “the Erasmus”); but by collaborating with the University of Burgos we help each other by carrying out activities together with other programmes that the UBU already has for international students.

  • BUT IF I BECOME A MEMBER, CAN I TRAVEL FOR FREE?

The big question and why deny it, our best hook. Clearly yes, it is a great advantage. But you don’t travel for sightseeing and to live life without worries; you will see that when you do it, depending on the type of event in that city, you will learn a lot of experiences and you will meet people who will possibly become something more than “he/she” with whom you spent 5-7 days in “I don’t know where”… These trips are varied, in different parts of Europe and are not always created by AEGEE but sometimes in collaboration. Training events, cultural events, Network meetings, Conferences, Statutory AEGEE events (Agora, Summer University, European Planning Meeting)… There is no place to get bored.

  • CAN I BE FROM ANOTHER CITY TO BELONG TO AEGEE-BURGOS?

Of course, here of course the interest is paramount. You would also have the advantage of being able to participate in all the events we organise, either as an “organiser” or as an “asistant”.

  • WHAT IS AGORA?

OK super important question. It is a “Statutory” type of event, that is to say that it has to do with AEGEE and everything that goes with it. It is held at European level (since AEGEE is all over Europe) and at least one member from each antenna (AEGEE-city where it is) meets. If you think about it …., how many AEGEEs are there in Spain? Well, imagine at European level (click here) if you scroll down you will see a map with each antenna. For more info about the agoras go here.
